Fix Our Infrastructure

As Mayor, there will be no excuses. Albert will stop fraud, abuse, and wasteful spending and use our resources more efficiently. We will use what we got to fix what we have and get what we need.

As Jackson’s next mayor, Albert will:

• We will more efficiently use Jackson’s 1% tax to enhance Jackson’s roads and bridges.
• We will optimize city revenue to repair and restore Jackson’s infrastructure.
• We will promote research and development of new materials, technologies, and processes to modernize and extend the lifespan of infrastructure, accelerate repairs or replacements, and achieve cost-effective solutions.
• We will hold all property owners accountable for their properties. Clean it up and board, Fix it up and Open it up, OR tear it down or sale it. Put lien if property owner don’t adhere to ordinance.
• Investors want to see vibrant communities where people want to live, work, and shop. I will prioritize affordable housing, local ownership, and retail development to create an environment that attracts both businesses and residents and enhances overall quality of life.
